Kimiyoshi Tōji is the father of Kimiyoshi Natsumi. He first appears in Onisarashi-hen along with his wife, Haruko. He is an easygoing and silent person and is mostly seen reading a newspaper. Because of his job, he had to move from Okinomiya along with his family. In Onisarashi-hen he helps Natsumi
